Industry forum

The main task of the Industry forum is to determine operators’ pension expenses chargeable to the Joint Accounts.

The Industry forum may also discuss matters of principal importance that concern the understanding and application of the Accounting Agreement and related issues in the Joint Operating Agreement.

Membership in the forum is independent of OLF membership. All companies holding exploitation licence(s) on the NCS are entitled to participate in the Industry forum and will receive calls for its meetings and other communication.

Industry forum is the only arena for all licensees to meet and discuss matters of common interest suited for discussion across the joint ventures.

OLF serves as secretariat to the forum, and Nils Heilemann, attorney, is appointed as leader of Industry forum
