Objectives and goals 2006-2008The Norwegian Oil Industry Association (OLF) represents the Norwegian offshore oil and gas industry. The OLF is working on issues which are important to our member companies and to the society in general. Our members are oil companies and supplier companies involved in oil and gas activities on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). The objectives and goals 2006-2008 describe issues of importance for the organisation. | |
The BoardThe OLF's board consist of nine members chosen by the joint general meeting. Five of theese are chosen from the oil companies, four from the supplier companies. The chair of the board is elected by the general meeting. the board has a quorum when at least six membres are present. | |
Member companiesOLF unites 46 oil and gas companies and 61 supplier companies on the Norwegian Shelf. Our member companies account for approximately 29,000 employees. |
